HYDERABAD: Over a year after the final allocation of All India Service officers between the two Telugu states, four IPS officers allotted to Andhra Pradesh on Wednesday approached the Central Administrative Tribunal, seeking that they be allotted to Telangana State. Following the petition, the Hyderabad bench of the CAT issued notices to the Centre and governments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, seeking their stand on petitions filed by four IPS officers of AP cadre, seeking their allotment to T state. The IPS officers, who moved the CAT, are Amit Garg, Harish Kumar Gupta, Atul Singh and Abhishek Mohanty.
