HYDERABAD: A seven-year-old girl died after a car ran over her in front of her residence at Rakamcherla village in Pudur mandal of Vikarabad district on Monday evening.
The deceased was identified as Kurva Sowjanya. The car involved in the incident belongs to a family member of the sarpanch of Rakamcherla village.
However, police insisted that none of the sarpanch’s family members was in the vehicle at the time of the incident. Chengomul police also dismissed the reports.
