The High Court declined to interfere with an interim order allowing an educational institution to participate in the 2026-27 admissions process, directing early disposal of its writ petition on Extension of Approval (EOA).
A bench of Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh and Justice GM Mohiuddin noted AICTE had delayed challenging the order and directed both sides to complete pleadings before the single judge hears the case on August 12 and 13.
