Director Thirukumaran who made his directorial debut with the 2013 Sivakarthikeyan starrer Maan Karate is now busy shaping up his next project. Rumour has it that he might be teaming up with Vijay Sethupathi for his next venture.
A source close to the director says that the actor has been approached but official confirmation will be given only after the director narrates the script to the actor.
It is also believed that Vijay Sethupathi’s name popped up while the director was narrating the story to AR Murugadoss, his guru.
Vijay Sethupathi has quite a few promising projects lined up, including Pushkar-Gayathri’s Vikram Vedha, 96 with Trisha, and Aneethi Kadhaigal alongside Samantha.
