On offer will be a scrumptious six-course spread inspired by the countries through which the legendary train ‘Orient Express’ travels. “It is Christmas time yet again. It is the perfect time to get involved in whipping up those delectable food. Every time this year, we offer some of the favourite Christmas delights to bring the feeling of that good ol’ Christmas cheer back,” says chef D N Sharma.

In the menu, you can hope to find,  Roulade of Scottish Smoked Salmon with Lake Trout Tartare and Wild Dill, Cornish Crab Meat and Tomato Spicked with Masculine of Herbs in Sweet Marination, Pan Seared Foie Gras with slow-cooked radish, sour ginger and warm duck dressing, Melon Carpaccio with Iberico Ham, Mint and Bird’s Eye Chili Jam Jelly, Corn Fed Chicken Consommé and Braised Poussin Agnolotti flavoured with shaved black truffle, Extract of Dutch Green Asparagus with Crème Fraiche and smoothGarlic Toast, Spinach Savarin with a bouquet of Baby Spring Vegetables and warm tomato relish, Braised Potato Gnocchi with Glazed Mangetout and Horseradish Pickled Mushrooms, Poached Atlantic Cod topped with Sevruga Caviar on lemon flavoured green peas, Pan Seared Canadian Sea Scallops with Golden Corn Assortments and Black Trumpets, Normandy Butter Poached Prawns with Runner Beans, Shitake Mushrooms and Chabrot Sauce, Duo of New Zealand Lamb served with Devilled Sauce and Smooth Baby Eggplant, Penne Pasta with Sun Dried Tomatoes, Toasted Pine Nuts and Argula, in addition to a smorgasbord of irresistible culinary offers perfectly tailored to match any mood or taste.
