An exhibition of India’s weaving tradition, specifically from Panipat, was hosted by Raj Group to celebrate 75 years of existence as a top exporter of floor furnishings. The five-day exhibition showcases art installations, carpets, wall art and objets d’art at the Stainless Gallery.

Photographers Ajit Bhadoriya and Brahm Maira captured the weavers at work and portrayed the story of how jute and wool are woven into beautiful carpets and wall arts. These photographs were part of the exhibition too.

Sumeet  Nath and Ajay Nath of the Raj Group played great hosts and took pains in explaining the objects of art to the guests. Seen at the evening were designer Ashish Soni and wife Misha, and Nainika Karan. Both the designers are back with a bang from their summer vacations to work.
