His namesake fashion brand, Jas Arora, Bespoke Modern Craft Fashion Atelier, that launched on March 19 at the JW Marriott, Aerocity, stands for the suave, sophisticated style, actor-turned-entrepreneur Jas Arora has always been avowed for. Along with Sandeep Gupta, executive director, Asian Hotel, a party was hosted, to mark the opening of this luxurious 5,000 sq ft store.
Needless to say, there will be a plethora of options for men and women, but a special feature of the store, Arora tell us, is going to be the segment on men’s tailoring.
‘‘The label’s strength lies in its collection of unrivalled fabrics that are rich and luxurious and sourced from the finest of European mills,’’ he says, adding, ‘‘My basic vision is to create a wardrobe that is sharp in both look and pricing, and is designed for the glamorous urban consumer.’’
All of Arora’s swish friends, including Jasbir Jassi, Shikhar Dhawan, Himanshu Dogra, Tarun Khiwal, Dhruti Dogra, Mohammad Azharuddin, Sanjay Kapoor and others came together to celebrate the launch.
