Parushni Aggarwal, Founder & Creative Director of Studio Creo is proud of the fact that the studio offers exclusive items like ‘Boheme’ dining chairs in lacquered metal and regenerated leather from Italian designer furniture brand, Calligaris, With a collection of brands such as Boffi, Calligaris, Tagina tiles, Fantoni, Gruppo Door 2000 and Europeo, Studio Creo also offers an interior design service dedicated to design development of commercial and residential properties.
“I have seen Delhi grow economically and physically, in leaps and bounds,” says Parushni. “People are more aware today and infrastructure has improved vastly,” factors that have deepened her professional connect with the city. Better technology and superior products to work with enable simplicity and functionality, both important in her scheme of things. Parushni predicts a gradual but definite move in Delhi’s design sensibilities toward simple, clean, straight lines.
There is much to love and appreciate about Delhi, says Parushni. “ I am proud of the city’s culture, food and open spaces,” she says. “Delhi is growing everyday. And I laud the incredible unity we have in supporting social causes. But I would like to change the lax, chalta hai attitude of most Delhiites.”
