Why did BJP let go of Dushyant Chautala, who supported it even during farmers' agitation?

BJP and Dushyant Chautala's JJP have parted ways, barely five years after coming together to share power. What explains this about-turn by the saffron party? Why did it risk the stability of the Haryana government for 1 or 2 Lok Sabha seats?
