Devotees throng chariot pulling festival in COVID-19 hotspot, police file FIR

Despite the ongoing COVID-19 lockdown, the Siddalingeshwara Jatra was held in Ravoor village of Chittapur taluk with a large number of devotees participating without social distancing.
