Anna University Rape case | “If police paid attention this wouldn’t have happened" NCW claims

National Commission for Women Chairperson, Vijaya Rahatkar informed that NCW has taken the alleged sexual assault case in Anna University in hand and also provided some directions to the Police. She further noted that the accused is a habitual offender and he did similar kinds of things earlier.
