J&K's Pahalgam terrorist attack: Death toll rises to 28, over a dozen more injured

The death toll rose to 28 in a terrorist attack in J&K's Pahalgam on April 22, said officials. Two victims, Manjunath from Karnataka and an Odisha CIPET employee, have been identified.
