Anyone who does wrong should not hold high constitutional office: Shashi Tharoor

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor supported the three bill introduced by Home Minister Amit Shah in the Lok Sabha demanding the sacking of all ministers including the Chief Ministers and the prime Minister if they are held under custody for more than 30 days for any offence.
