Kolkata gang rape case: Accused's father says, If there were past cases, why wasn't he arrested then?

The father of one of the accused in the Kolkata alleged gangrape case breaks his silence, questioning the delay in action against his son. "People are saying there were already cases registered against my son. If that’s true, why wasn’t he arrested back then? I am sure the truth will come out," he said.
