Amit Shah on Tuesday launched a sharp attack on the Congress, blaming the party for the existence of Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK). Shah cited Jawaharlal Nehru’s historical decisions, including the handling of the Kashmir issue, the 1960 Indus Waters Treaty, and the 1971 Simla Agreement, accusing Congress of compromising India’s national interests and failing to reclaim PoK when it had the chance.
