India, Pakistan came closer to resolving Kashmir issue when Manmohan Singh was PM: Omar Abdullah

On the first day of the Budget Session of the J&K Assembly, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah stated that India and Pakistan had come close to resolving the Kashmir issue during the Manmohan Singh-led UPA government.
