UP college student self-immolates after being humiliated over unpaid fees

Ujjwal Rana, a student of DAV college, Muzaffarnagar, set himself on fire after being allegedly humiliated by the administration. Sources say he was denied an examination form over unpaid fees. He suffered over 70% burns and is undergoing treatment at a hospital in Delhi
