CM Nitish Kumar claims development in Bihar under JD(U), LoP Tejashwi Yadav calls him visionless

CM Nitish Kumar claimed Bihar developed across various sectors like education, health, law and order etc., under JD(U)'s 'rule of law' since 2005. However, the Leader of Opposition in state assembly Tejashwi Yadav called him a copycat and visionless leader.
