Heavy rains lash several Districts in Tamil Nadu; depression to cross north coastal TN on Oct 23

The Regional Meteorological Centre has reported two significant weather systems influencing the region. A well-marked low-pressure area over the southwest Bay of Bengal off the Tamil Nadu coast is showing signs of intensification.
