A suspected militant attack killed two children and injured their mother in Manipur's Bishnupur district on April 7. An explosive device was hurled at their house in the Moirang Tronglaobi area. Manipur CM Yumnam Khemchand Singh condemned the incident as a barbaric act. Locals torched two oil tankers and a truck in a violent protest on Tuesday.
