Man kills himself in twin blasts outside Supreme Court in Brazil

Twin blasts outside the Supreme Court by an unidentified man, who killed himself trying to break into it put Brazil's capital on high alert. The judges and staff at the top court had to evacuate the building in the Three Powers Plaza which also houses government offices, Congress, and the Presidential Palace.
