UK, Canada and Australia recognise Palestinian state; US, Israel fume

UK, Canada and Australia recognised Palestinian state on Sunday. Australia announced its decision first followed by Canada and the U.K. France and Portugal are expected to follow suit this week. UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer said the move aims to revive the two-state solution. He said the two-state solution was the opposite of Hamas's hateful vision. He urged Hamas to release hostages held in Gaza
