While all of England is rejoicing the birtht of their royal baby girl with several national monuments turning pink to celebrate, a Russian newspaper has claimed that the royal baby was born several days before the birth was officially announced.

After providing a boost to the British economy worth an estimated 80 million pounds with royal fans busy buying commemorative souvenirs, the barely two-days-old royal baby also seems to have started the latest royal conspiracy theory.

The claims, made in the pro-Kremlin Komsomolskaya Pravda, were from various Russian women - with some even suggesting that a surrogate was used to carry the baby and that the Duchess of Cambridge wore a fake pregnancy belly.

One theory expressed was that Kate had actually given birth a few days before the official announcement.

Conspiracy theorists have said that when the Duchess of Cambridge appeared from the Lindo wing with the new Princess she looked too beautiful to have just given birth.

Among more theories, they suggest the baby was either born to another woman or she was born three days earlier.

Some websites even went on to suggest that looking at Kate Middleton when she and Prince William presented their son to the media, she still appeared to be fully pregnant but she did not appear to gain weight in her pregnancy; and in the presentation of the baby Prince William implied (24 hrs post birth) that this was the first time that they really got to see the baby and that they had some "catching up" to do.

Komsomolskaya Pravda, quoted several Russian women who said it was impossible to look that good hours after giving birth.

The paper reported one woman saying: “She gave birth three days ago. They reported it only now. Look at the baby – she does not look like a newborn at all.”

Another apparently suggested that: “If she really gave birth naturally, it was surely some days ago.”

A third woman went as far as to say: “There is nothing which would help a woman, even if she gave birth with the help of best doctors, stand up five hours after giving birth – and leave the clinic on her feet.”

Another woman put forward the idea that Kate must have been wearing a fake belly and that: “It was a surrogate mother who gave birth but not her.”
