ISLAMABAD: Pakistan is determined to continue war against terrorism with full zeal till its logical end, Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif has said.

Operation Zarb-e-Azb was launched to eradicate terrorism from the country and was going on successfully, Radio Pakistan quoted Asif as saying on Saturday.

As a result of Operation Zarb-e-Azb, terrorists shifted their hideouts to Afghanistan and had been planning terrorist activities from there.

He said the mastermind of Pakistan Air Force camp incident that claimed at least 42 lives, among them 13 terrorists, were the same who attacked Army Public School Peshawar.

December 16, 2014 attack on Army Public School Peshawar was carried out by Pakistani Taliban guerrillas that left over 150 people, mostly children, dead.
