Russian strike hits square in Kharkiv: Zelenskyy

KYIV: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says a Russian missile strike hit a central square in the city of Kharkiv, calling it an act of "undisguised terror."

He said: "Nobody will forgive. Nobody will forget."
