NeoVibe Innovative Technologies Private Ltd began its operations last Vishu season by launching an online shopping portal - www.kaineetam.com - meant to deliver Vishu kani kits to people. The venture turned out to be a huge hit and Neovibe sprouted its wings. Now, the company is engaged in website development, content management system development and mobile application development. “We (Anish John and Akhil Raghav) were classmates at University College of Engineering, Karyavattom. Even during our college days, we used to make pocket money by getting involved in the activities of an event management firm co-founded by Anish. Since those days, we wanted to start our own company. In a bid to generate investment, we worked for an MNC at Technopark in Thiruvananthapuram,” Akhil Raghav, Co-founder of NeoVibe Innovative Technologies, said.
Starting a company was not that easy as we needed money as initial capital. So we worked for an year and waited for the right opportunity. And, in April 2013, the company was incorporated, he said. “At NeoVibe, we firmly believe in the one liner - experience follows passion, not the other way around,” he said.
“The inspiration for us to start the venture was the hunger to innovate, create cool products and take it to the people. From the enthusiastic college boys who had a desire to do things out of the box, we have come a long way,” said Akhil. “It is the chemistry of our friendship that keeps the company move forward. Holding a lot of passion for entrepreneurship and learning new technology trends add an extra energy to the crew members. A company can reach heights only if each and every one of the team-mates share the same dream. Also, hailing from modest backgrounds have spurred our journey,” said Akhil.
