“Fog filled streets in Bangalore. What an absolute pleasure to drive in such conditions. Reminded me of Toronto winter mornings,” said a user on a social media site.

Heavy fog at the Bangalore International Airport resulted in delays of 11 arriving and 22 departing flights on Wednesday.

The delays, according to BIAL officials, were in the range of 15 minutes to one hour. Two flights were diverted to Chennai due to heavy fog between 5 and 7.30 am.

Meanwhile, Chamarajanagar recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 13.8 degree Celsius and the minimum temperatures fell at many places over interior Karnataka and they changed little in coastal areas.
