BANGALORE : The High Court will conduct day-to-day hearings on a petition filed over irregularities in the appointments made by Karnataka Public Service Commission in 1998, 1999 and 2004.
A division bench headed by Justice N Kumar handling all the cases of KPSC recruitment irregularities had said the bench would begin the hearings from November 5.
The court, at its last hearing, had asked the government to issue notices to all the parties who would be affected by any order in the future. It will hear all the parties on the issue.
