BENGALURU:A three-year-old boy was run over by a speeding KSRTC bus in Tavarekere on the outskirts of the city on Friday. The deceased has been identified as Chiru, son of Rangappa, a resident of Shanubhoganahalli in Tavarekere.
Police said accident occurred around 8.30 pm when Chiru followed his father, who was crossing the road. Locals protestes against the police and blocked the road for a while. They also threw stones at the bus.
