BENGALURU: The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday refused bail to Nazeer, a cricket coach, who allegedly sexually harassed a 13-year-old boy. Justice R B Budihal disposed of the bail plea after asking the accused to approach the trial court for relief once the chargesheet is filed. Accused Nazeer, 39, a resident of Bahubali Nagar near Jalahalli in Bengaluru, was arrested by the police on January 29 after a case was registered under Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.
