Understanding of god
I can’t say who god is or how looks like, but I believe that there is certainly a supreme power. I’m amazed and astonished whenever I think how the entire life system came into existence.
Spiritual belief
I’m totally influenced by my parents when it comes to spirituality. I don’t go to temples myself, but I have been to many temples in Tamil Nadu with my parents. But I see spirituality as something that hones one’s overall personality and makes you be focused.
To be successful in life, there are certain guidelines to follow such as not telling lies and being true to oneself, and that’s what every religions preaches. I try to follow them.
Spiritual practices
I go to temples on my birthday every year. I started practising yoga and meditation recently and it helps me stay focused. I feel bad if I didn’t do it even for one day due to travel or other work, and I make sure I don’t give it a miss.
Miracles
Whatever has to happen will happen. If it’s something you sought for, then it is a miracle. But if it’s something which you don’t even think of, you won’t find difference. When you seek something, you would have naturally worked towards attaining it.
Temples
I have visited many temples in Tamil Nadu
including my family deity temple in Salem, Tanjore Big Temple and Tiruvannamalai. Looking at the architecture of the Big Temple, I wondered had we been more civilised then than now.
It’s not possible to construct such a structure today even with the help of all the technologies available. I have never visited temples in North India and am planning to go to Rishikesh with my friends this year.
