The Golden Triangle food festival is underway at Hotel Ambassador Pallava. The fest features dishes from the heart of India encompassing the rich royal cuisine of the nawabs from Agra, the fiery and robust food from the sands of marwar in Rajasthan and punjabi food, which equally dominate the Delhi cuisine, as well.
A variety of chaats, traditional breads like missi roti, makki ki roti and parathas served with hot tandoori murgh, reshmi makhmalli murgh abd boti angara are all on offer on all days till April 28.
The main course will feature a list of traditional dishes like the rajasthani laal maas, kesar murgh, and awadhi biryani each day.
