Sakthi Mariamman engineering college celebrated its fresher’s day for the 13th batch.
Founder and Chairman Thiru K N Ramachandran delivered the presidential address, while Bhavana Sharma, Vice President, Human Resources, Source HOV, was the chief guest for the day and motivated the students by her exemplary ideas.
In her speech, Bhavana advised the students to grab the opportunities in a right way and said that they should be open to accept the transition.
Also, she gave hints regarding the Placement and the necessity to improve the Communication skills of the students.
The Guest of Honor for the day was R Swaminathan, Assistant Manager-Human Resource, and Source HOV.
S Ramakrishnan, Principal, welcomed the gathering and wished the students to excel in their future endeavors.
He introduced the heads of various Departments to the gathering.
During an interaction session with the parents, the Chairman assured them of bridge courses in order to improve the communication skills of the students.
