Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Viswa Mahavidyalaya (SCSVMV) University signed an MoU with the construction firm Consolidated Construction Consortium Ltd recently to improve the industry-academia linkage and to equip their students with employability skills.
The MoU was signed on May 8 by G Srinivasu, registrar of SCSVMV University and K Sukumar, senior general manager of CCCL, at a brief ceremony held on the university campus. Dean K C Srinivas, HoD of civil engineering Seshadri Shekar and university placement officer Vasanth Kumar Mehta were also present on the occasion.
The University has signed Memoranda of Understanding with several academic, corporate and government agencies in the past.
