Nazareth College Rallying for Drug Awareness Among Public

A rally on Drug Abuse was organised by The Nazareth College of Arts and Science, to create awareness among the public recently.

CHENNAI: A rally on Drug Abuse was organised by The Nazareth College of Arts and Science, to create awareness among the public recently. The rally was conducted by the  Rotractors and the National Service Scheme volunteers. With nearly 70 students participants, the rally went up to Ajeya Stadium, covering four kilometres. Pamphlets were issued to the public. Principal Hemalatha Thiagarajan and chief guest Wesley Lucas, founder of ‘Chennai Life Challenge’, started the rally by hoisting the flag. Assistant professor of Computer Science Senthil and assistant professor of Tamil Bharath co-ordinated the rally successfully.
