CHENNAI:Veltech Polytechnic College conducted a National Cadet Corps (NCC) camp, on their campus in Avadi between June 25 and July 4. At least 550 cadets participated in the camp. The type of camps included CATC, TSC and sports camp. The training activities included map reading, cultural activities, drill, sports and firing. The camp commandant was Colonel V M Nait, who supervised the camp.
