Time to Boost your Run with Cushion

CHENNAI: Adidas recently organised a ‘Boost your run’ workshop for participants of the Dream Runners Half Marathon in Chennai. The workshop, which took place at Adidas Store, T.Nagar, had Dr Rajat Chauhan, Adidas Running Expert, briefing the participants on various fitness regimes and the do’s and don’t’s, while taking part in a marathon.Dr Chauhan also spoke about a new way to run by the latest running innovation Adidas Energy Boost. Part of the new Adidas segment called Energy Running, the shoe features BOOST, a revolutionary cushioning technology which provides the highest energy return while running.

The new range of Adidas shoes has the soft cushioning and responsiveness that work together to give runners a different kind of running experience.

Dr Chauhan is an avid runner and Race Director – La Ultra. He is also the running expert of Adidas.
