Silver Tongue Debate

CHENNAI: Around 108 students from various schools in Chennai competed in the Silver Tongue Odyssey Debates organised recently.  The debaters articulated on topics including - whether celebrities should be liable for products they endorse, if the social media is a better barometer of public opinion and whether the habit of reading is kept alive by youngsters or elders. 

Simon Elias from Don Bosco was adjudged the ‘Best Speaker’, followed by Arjun Rau from PSBB and Muskaan Singla from Sishya, said a press release. The event was jointly organised by the Silver Tongue Academy Resource and Odyssey Book Store.
