CHENNAI: Two important ingredients that make life worth living are peace and happiness. All of us aim to always remain happy and for that we employ various means. Human beings are gifted with the wonderful ability of thinking, which is called Mind. Every individual is independent and free to think. The effects of negative and positive thinking are commonly known to people. Therefore, it is wise to think positive to remain constantly happy. One must always begin his/her day with a powerful and pure thought & develop inner powers as they are the guardians of happiness. Once we develop inner powers, adverse situations and opposing people won’t upset our inner happiness.

One of the most important traits, one must have to be constantly happy is to appreciate always everything for its uniqueness and greatness. We might come across good and bad people, but the best way to avoid any kind of interruption is to be an actor and spectator on the vast stage of this eternal world drama and enjoy playing different roles from morning till evening. As an actor, concentrate on your role and play it to the best of your ability. Learn to respect and appreciate your co-actors because the play or the game is for happiness, not for competition. Always learn to love the people around you, respect them and enjoy happiness together, because each one of us is a member of the vast family of human kind.

Last but not the least, one must meditate, as it helps us to create some space to renew the self. The moments spent in meditation are the happiest moments in life because one enjoys the company of the Supreme Being and gets an opportunity to cherish the richness, greatness and unconditional love of the Supreme.
