CHENNAI:: Three persons were arrested in connection with the murder of a 21-year-old mechanic allegedly over business rivalry in Padappai near Chengelpattu. The victim, Santoshkumar (21) who runs a two wheeler service center was hacked to death on Sunday night.
Investigations revealed that the deceased had business rivalry with another mechanic, Saravanan (24) who also runs shop nearby. Saravanan, who had earlier threatened Santosh kumar to close business, along with his friends, Yuvaraj (32) and Karthik (25) hacked Santoshkumar to death. The three were remanded in custody.
