CHENNAI: Six persons have been arrested for allegedly running a hookah bar and failing to maintain a record of visitors and for violating norms.
Based on a complaint from neighbours, maintenance incharge M Kamalakannan (25), Soul Garden hotel-cum-bar owner R Arjun (22), manager M Mahesh (21), staff V Ranjan (25) and T Shyaam (24) and joint owner of the hotel R Ramasubramanian (28) were arrested.
