Two killed, six injured as tempo hits stationary bus in Delhi's Rani Bagh

NEW DELHI: A tempo today rammed into a stationary bus, killing two men and injuring six others, in northwest Delhi's Rani Bagh, the police said.

The bus, which belonged to Rohini depot 3 had broken down, was being repaired near the Madhuban Chowk Underpass around 12.30 am when the speeding tempo rammed into it from behind, they said.

Eight men, who were repairing the bus, were injured in the accident, the police said.

They were rushed to a hospital where Pramod and Sunil died while the six others are currently undergoing treatment, they added.
