The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad padayatra across the Telangana region would culminate in a public meeting at Arts College on Friday.
The meet would expose the decision-making paralysis attitude of the UPA government on the Telangana issue. It is aimed at bringing unity among all the political parties fighting for a separate Telangana statehood.
ABVP leader T Ramakrishna said the meeting would be held at the Arts College from 3 pm to 7 pm as per the court’s directions. Among the speakers attending the meeting would be BJP state president G Kishan Reddy, TRS floor leader E Rajender and Telangana Nagara Samithi leader Nagam Janardhan Reddy.
“The meeting would give a call to the people of the region to vote for a party which would give Telangana state after the 2014 elections,’’ Ramakrishna said.
