'Values hold key for real change in system'

The Vigilance Awareness Week Celebrations of NMDC concluded on Monday with several dignitaries stressing the need for adopting good practices and making transparency and integrity a reality in all aspects. Speaking on the occasion, Usha Chandrasekhar, CVO, NMDC, said everyone should inculcate a sense of values for bringing about a real change in the system. “Good governance and prudent practices are essential for all public establishments,” she pointed out.  The valedictory was presided over by chief guest Pratyush Sinha, former Central Vigilance Commissioner, Government of India, and was attended by the functional directors of NMDC, NK Nanda, Director (Technical), Subimal Bose, Director (Production), SK Das, Director (Commercial), Rabindra Singh, Director (Personnel) and Chief Vigilance Officer Usha Chandrasekhar besides a large number of officials.
