More Services Under Mee Seva from Jan

To provide better and hassle free services to the people in the state, as many as 10 citizens services will be provided in the urban local bodies (ULBs) through Mee Seva centres from January 1.

To provide better and hassle free services to the people in the state, as many as 10 citizens services will be provided in the urban local bodies (ULBs) through Mee Seva centres from January 1.

The additional 10 citizens services will be issued through Mee Seva centres in a full-fledged manner in all the corporations and municipalities.

The yet-to-be introduced services include transfer of ownership of property in assessment register (mutation), application for trade license, permission of water connections, renewal of trade license, application of building permission, new assessment request, sub-division request, exemption request, etc.

Commissioner and director of municipal administration has proposed orientation programmes to these staff at regional level including Hyderabad (Dec 23), Warangal (Dec 24), Guntur (Dec 26), Rajahmundry (Dec 27), Visakhapatnam (Dec 28) and Anantapur (Dec 30).
