Pigeons lead to clash

In a bizarre incident, dispute over pigeons belonging to a person landing on the house of another led to a clash between two groups and resulted in four persons being hospitalised with stab injuries. The incident took place at Gazibanda locality in Sha-ali Banda police station limits Friday.

According to police, at around 9 pm, when pigeons belonging to Munuwar landed at Ajju’s house, he and his sons rushed to Munuwar’s home and had heated altercations. Ajju’s sons attacked Munuwar and his friends with a knife, who collapsed on the ground. Ajju and his sons fled the spot.

Sheik Sameer, Sheik Sulthan, Munuwar and Sheik Omar were hospitalised. The accused are Pahilwan Ajju and his sons.

Locals noticed the incident and alerted the police. Victims were shifted to Osmania General Hospital.

Police registered cases and investigation is on.
