Tight security at Keesara temple

In the wake of twin bomb blasts that rocked the city, the Cyberabad police have beefed up security at the Keesaragutta temple on the occasion of Mahasivaratri on Sunday.

Deputy commissioner of police (DCP), Malkajgiri, V Siva Kumar told Express that 2,000 personnel have been deployed and 50 CCTVs were installed on the  temple premises as precautionary measure.

Traffic police would be posted at all junctions from ECIL to Keesara to prevent traffic snarls.

He requested the people to inform the police immediately if they notice any suspicious objects.
