Chocolate Ice Cream
1 3.5-ounce chocolate bar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy cream
Take the chocolate bar and break the it into chunks. Place it in a microwave-safe glass bowl. Heat the chocolate in microwave. Stop and stir it every 30 seconds until the chocolate melts and becomes smooth. Stir condensed milk into the chocolate and set aside.
Place the heavy cream in a large bowl. Use an electric hand mixer to whip it until stiff peaks form.
Fold the whipped cream into chocolate mixture until it gets mixed properly. Scrape mixture into an airtight container and cover.
Freeze for at least two hours before serving.
