HYDERABAD: A legal awareness programme on anti-ragging was held at the Gandhi Medical College (GMC) on Wednesday. Hyderabad High Court Judge Justice V Ramasubramanian said, “The menace of ragging is the highest in medical colleges and the least in law colleges. College life is the best part of a person’s life. Students must have fun in college but draw a line. If you cross the Lakshman Rekha, you might have to face dire consequences for life. Don’t indulge in incidents of ragging in the name of fun. If you indulge in ragging in the name of fun, you will become an object of fun.
