HYDERABAD: A case has been registered against Cygnus Hospital management for allegedly causing the death of a businessman’s wife. Sajjan K Agarwal, a businessman living at Dowa Colony of Miyapur, had admitted his wife Preeti Agarwal at Cygnus Hospital for post-surgery and ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography) on February 16.
After Preeti’s admission, the doctors confirmed that her health condition was normal. On Monday noon also, the duty doctors told the same. But within no time, Agarwal was informed that his wife passed away. The shocked Agarwal lodged a complaint with the KPHB police The police filed a case under section 304 A of IPC.
